How do I add my assets?

Navigate to My Assets from the main menu. Click Add Asset and complete the form with your asset details, including the category, description, and any relevant documentation.

How do I add beneficiaries?

Go to Beneficiaries from the main menu. You can add individuals who will be notified or receive your estate information when the time comes.

How do I upload my passport?

Visit the Passport section to upload an image of your passport for identity verification purposes. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

How do I set up my solicitor details?

Under the Solicitor section, enter the contact details of your legal representative who should be notified.

What is the Support PIN?

The Support PIN is a 4-digit code you configure in your Account settings. It is used to verify your identity during telephone support calls.
