Clear Covenant provides a platform for individuals to document and organise information about their assets, beneficiaries, and estate plans. This service is for informational and organisational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and recovery key.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
- You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Data Accuracy
Clear Covenant is a documentation tool. We do not verify the accuracy of asset values, beneficiary details, or any other information you enter. You are solely responsible for ensuring your records are accurate and up to date.
5. Limitation of Liability
Clear Covenant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on information stored in the service, service interruptions, or data loss.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Subscription and Payments
Access to Clear Covenant requires a paid subscription after an initial free trial period. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. We do not store or save any credit card or payment card information on our website or servers. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled through the subscription management portal.
